Every morning it’s back to the grind! The grinding of coffee, that is (see what I did there?). If there’s ever a time to need a little more caffeine jolts in our lives, it’s after the holidays. Lucky for you and me, there are many options for a quality cup of joe in our lovely Frisco.
Nothing makes for a perfect cup of coffee better than Texas Kolaches go along with it! They’ve also got some killer sandwiches and baked goods. Mochas & Javas has a myriad of brewing options for your particular coffee taste, and they make a mean espresso-based drink if that is your game. Any way you go, you’re in for a treat (or two).

It seems everyone in Frisco just cant’ get enough of Summer Moon and it’s not hard to see why. Summer Moon is a classic small-town coffee shop with all of the modern amenities you would expect. Wifi, plenty of seating, and of course, fantastic coffee. It has a slightly rustic atmosphere that fits in perfectly with Downtown Frisco.
Summer Moon’s signature drinks are made with “Moon Milk.” The ingredients are a secret but it’s silky smooth sweetness is a real treat!

If board games are your thing, or you just need smoking fast wifi to get some work done then Nerdvana is the place to be. The spacious coffee shop is located on the first floor of the GearBox building and the entrance is on the south side (away from Main Street). There is reasonable parking out front and in the near by garage.
Nerdvana features local roasters and has all of your usual coffee favorites. And when it comes to a quick but tasty breakfast it’s hard to beat what Chef Mike has cooking up. Let’s just say it’s way beyond the usual pastries you think of when you visit a coffee shop.

Global Peace Factory
Is there a better way to start of your morning than a cup of coffee AND helping out the world a little bit? By 9 AM you will have already accomplished so much! Your co-worker finished those reports? Well, you helped save the world! See how easy? For every dollar you spend at Global Peace Factory, at least 2% goes towards charity. At the Factory, you can enjoy the open, modern atmosphere which is the perfect backdrop to meet with some friends, or for a meeting, or maybe just some “me-time.” Try an almond milk latte, a brown sugar latte, or take a sip of their freshly brewed coffee. Their ample breakfast and pastry menu is definitely worth a sampling.

Chef Blue Café and Creperie has everything you could want: Coffee bar, hot drinks, crepes, egg platters, waffles, and everything else that’s scrumptious! But, I also like to go there for a simple cup of coffee and relax. They have a ton of latte options, like caramel, mocha and more. Come take a seat in the café and enjoy the quiet bustling of the surrounding coffee shop and take a moment to enjoy your caffeine fix!
So there you have it. If you’re looking for a place to get your weekend latte, look no further. Frisco is home to many coffee shops all over the area, try one of these three this weekend and get a taste. And then let us know just how tasty it is!
