If you’ve been craving a spot in Frisco that blends European charm with modern Texas hospitality, Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen might just be your new favorite destination. Nestled in the heart of downtown at 8763 7th Street, this chic new restaurant and lounge is the debut concept from Alora Hospitality Group—and it’s already turning heads.
From the moment you walk in, Elaine’s feels like a step back in time. Designed by Burress Design Group, the interior channels the glamour of a 1920s parlor with emerald velvet sofas, marble-topped tables, and vintage crystal chandeliers. It’s intimate, with just 44 seats inside and a cozy patio, but every detail is thoughtfully curated to invite conversation and connection.

The menu, crafted by culinary director Amy DiBiase, is a celebration of European flavors with a modern twist. DiBiase, a seasoned chef with roots in San Diego and Italian heritage, brings a refined yet approachable style to the table. Highlights include goat cheese-stuffed Peppadew peppers, foie gras torchon with black pepper cherry jam, and a vibrant stone fruit panzanella. The “spreadables” section is especially playful—think whipped lemon basil goat cheese with crispy prosciutto and strawberries, or blue cheese mousse with citrus-pickled fruit and candied walnuts.
Pressed sandwiches made with sourdough from Frisco’s own Croix Bakehouse add a comforting touch. The Brie and Honeycrisp Apple sandwich and the French Onion sandwich are already local favorites.

Of course, no cocktail kitchen is complete without a stellar drink menu. Veteran mixologist Chris Norton leads the bar program, offering both timeless classics and inventive new creations. Elaine’s Martini, with Tito’s vodka, passion fruit liqueur, and a sparkling wine sidecar, is a standout. For something smoky and bold, try the Ashes & Agave, a blend of tequila, mezcal, Aperol, and sparkling grapefruit. There’s also a thoughtful zero-proof menu, featuring mocktails like the Amalfi Spritz and Golden Hour, perfect for those seeking a sophisticated sip without the alcohol.

Elaine’s isn’t just about food and drinks—it’s about experience. “Elaine’s is the culmination of our vision to create spaces where timeless design and hospitality meet modern culinary expression,” says Jason Young, co-founder of Alora Hospitality Group. And that vision is clear in every detail, from the layered textures of the décor to the seasonal ingredients on the plate.
Whether you’re planning a date night, catching up with friends over cocktails, or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortless.
