Shaddock Creek Estates is a large established community of single-family homes in Northwest Frisco. Constructed over many phases since 2006, the final phase is gated and currently in close-out, with a small number of inventory homes and sites available by Shaddock Homes.

Situated between Eldorado Parkway and Main Street in West Frisco its location offers easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, or FM423 to State Hwy 121.
