November 4, 2019 by Yvonne Brown
Frisco Springs 3

Frisco Springs is a 96-acre master-planned community in North Frisco incorporating various styles of single-family homes and townhouses. While close to major commuting routes, it offers seclusion in a quiet part of Frisco surrounded by nature.

Location

Frisco Springs is Located on Eldorado Parkway at North County Road between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road. This community boasts excellent access to commuting routes and employment corridors. It’s also within easy access to the newly planned PGA Headquarters and the University of North Texas at Frisco.

Sports enthusiasts will also benefit from easy access to Toyota Stadium (FC Dallas) or just a quick trip along the tollway to Comerica Center (home of the Texas Legends as well as the Dallas Stars’ practice arena), Dr Pepper Ballpark (Frisco RoughRiders), the National Soccer Hall of Fame, and The Star (Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and Entertainment District).

Homes

Frisco Springs is a new construction community launched in early 2018. Well-known builders like Toll Brothers, Lennar, CB Jeni, Village Builders, and Normandy Homes are currently offering various styles of homes, ranging in size from 2 to 5 bedrooms with lots up to 65 feet wide.

Restaurants and Shopping

Immediately on its doorstep are popular retail offerings just one-minute drive west of the community on Eldorado Parkway with a selection of supermarkets such as Super Target, Market Street and Costco, as well as Home Depot, Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, Michaels and more.

This community is located a short drive from downtown Frisco, better known as the Rail District, boasting boutique stores like Lillian Welch, Bittersweet Ivy, and restaurants like Didi’s Downtown, The Heritage Table, Eight 11, Haystack Burgers and Barley, and Randy’s Steakhouse.

Furthermore, Frisco Square and Frisco Fresh Market are also close by along Main Street to avail of more retail and dining options, spend time at the impressive Frisco Public Library, catch a game or concert at Toyota Stadium (which also houses the National Soccer Hall of Fame) or catch up on Frisco History at the Frisco Heritage Museum.
