If Pinterest and ETSY had a baby during the holiday season, it would be ‘Neath The Wreath.
Get ready – the Junior League of Collin County will kick off their 23rd Annual ‘Neath the Wreath Holiday Market on November 8th, 2018.
This four-day holiday gift market, at Plano Event Center, is visited by over thirteen thousand shoppers throughout Texas and boasts the best in unique holiday and home décor, ladies clothing, accessories, gifts, jewelry, children’s items and gourmet food from over 100 carefully selected merchants.
So basically, pack a lunch and bring a wagon…cuz it’s about to go down.
Grab your gift list, close that Amazon app (you won’t need it this year), and grab your comfiest (yet still cute) shoes because you’re about to do some serious holiday shopping.
2018 Market Hours and Ticket Info
General admission tickets can be purchased online or at the door for $15, OR grab one at a participating Collin County Tom Thumb location for a cool $12.

Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Ladies Night Out Preview Party
If you’re like me, and can’t wait a SINGLE SECOND MORE, you can join me at the Ladies Night Out Preview Party, on Wednesday, November 7th.
And no, I’m not just going for the buffet dinner, specialty cocktails, entertainment (omg, SANTA!) and the early access to shopping, I’m going to support the philanthropy.
Seriously. (Do liars go on the ‘naughty list? No matter, I’m just saying, if anyone tells my sister about the VIP swag bag, you’ll be on my ‘list.’ #ReGiftsAreGiftsToo)
Don’t forget to move the cash from savings to the checking, because there will also be a stellar silent auction. #WaysToGetOnTheGoodList
Proceeds from ‘Neath The Wreath go to benefit the projects and initiatives of the JLCC. So, we’re basically buying to give back.
(Is Santa watching?)
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to go listen to non-stop holiday music and rank my friends and family by gift status, by 6pm November 7th.
And just in case you’re spouse/partner/accountant is giving you the side-eye about holiday shopping this early in the season, see below for a warm fuzzy about the wizards behind the curtain of this wildly popular and huge event:
The Junior League of Collin County has a rich history and commitment to improving lives in Collin County. The organization was founded in 1976 by thirteen visionary women who fully committed themselves to the improvement of their evolving community at a time when Plano, Texas, was becoming one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
They recognized there were needs in the community – and they wanted to meet those needs – so they formed the Plano Service League. Evidence of this impactful work can be seen all across our community, as their members have engaged in community building since the earliest days of the League.
All the Holiday Gift Shopping… Done.
Would you like to knock out your entire shopping list in one evening? Imagine what you could do with all of the extra time this season! (Hint: wine)
