Perry’s “steaks” its claim in one of Texas’ fastest growing cities
TOMORROW, Monday November 17th, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will open its 12th steakhouse at Stonebriar mall in Frisco, TX. As one of the fastest growing cities in Texas, the demand for fine dining in Frisco has increased, and the family owned, Houston-based restaurant is poised and ready to deliver under the careful eye of General Manager, Brandon Quinn. The Stonebriar mall location, at the northeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Mall Road D, is the second Dallas-area Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille.
The 10,000 square-foot restaurant accommodates 350 guests in its dining room, Bar 79 (named in honor of the year the first restaurant opened), and exterior patio. Features include a view into the open concept kitchen, a towering wine wall, an island bar, and four private dining rooms for groups and special occasions. Hardly a traditional stuffy steakhouse, Perry’s philosophy of design and architecture is driven by each individual location. Light, airy, modern touches to the various dining areas create a welcoming environment that appeals to both men and women, just like the cuisine served. Using more than three-decades of industry experience, every piece of meat is butchered in house and cut to order, ensuring the best quality.
“From our roots as a meat market, we’ve grown to focus not only on great food, but also on the experience of our guests,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “The Dallas area has truly embraced us since the opening of our Uptown location in 2010. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces as we join the vibrant, and quickly growing North Texas community of Frisco.”
At Perry’s, guests can expect signature dishes carved tableside, flaming desserts prepared tableside, mixology creations made with fresh ingredients, and live music. While Perry’s is famous for its selection of butcher-fresh Prime, the restaurant is also known for its unexpected steakhouse specialty, Perry’s Famous Pork Chop. This seven-finger tall chop is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter.
Bar 79 will accommodate up to 120 guests and offer Social Hour featuring specially priced bar menu items, wines and martinis weekdays from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Perry’s November opening comes just in time for holiday celebrations. The four private dining rooms each offer a different ambiance, creating a unique, private dining experience, from intimate to expansive gatherings.
At Lifestyle Frisco, we are thrilled to have another fine dining option in the city. Look for our private wine-locker near the front entrance, and we’re sure to see you there!
