Newman Village is a residential gated community located just off Eldorado Parkway stretching north to Panther Creek Parkway and west of Legacy Drive. As of Spring 2018 home values range from $579k – $2 million.
The Newman family have a long history in North Texas dating back to the mid-1800’s when John Lenox Newman and his family migrated from Tennessee and first purchased land in the area and beyond. Today, six generations later, the Newman family continue to be firm local anchors through real estate and development and are known for their dedication to the Frisco community.

Just a few minutes’ drive south on the Dallas North Tollway delivers you to The Star in Frisco, Stonebriar Centre and a plethora of dining and upscale shopping options along the North Platinum Corridor. Darling Homes, Booth Brothers, Ron Davis and Northstar Luxury Homes are the builders currently on site. Residences range in size from 2800 to 7575 sq. feet of living space, offering from 3-6 bedrooms and 2-6 bathrooms.
Most of the properties have European and Mediterranean architectural influences in traditional style single family homes with large lots. The homes in Newman Village are centered around an Italian inspired plaza reminiscent of Old World Italy with fountains, a community pool, and a multi-use center. Architecturally, the homes feature some of the best designs in the area, including but not limited to Mediterranean, Spanish, Modern, Plantation, Tuscan, and more
Visitors are greeted by a central guardhouse and ornate iron gates upon their arrival. After passing through the gates, visitors and homeowners will notice the professional and impeccably maintained landscaping throughout the common areas of the development.
Beyond the gates of the Central Plaza, set up like a European Town Square, is the heart and soul of the community and gives families the opportunity to spend time together. Tree-lined streets and park and play areas offer a place to explore the outdoors and can be utilized for special occasions.
Known as an ‘amenity-rich destination’, many social activities and community events take place during the year like the annual charity Newman Village Lemonade Stand, a holiday gift and craft fair, and annual family dinners. Newman Village also offers tennis courts, a community resort style swimming pool, and a dance splash pad.
