Newman Village is a residential gated community located just off Eldorado Parkway stretching north to Panther Creek Parkway and west of Legacy Drive. As of Spring 2018 home values range from $579k – $2 million.
The Newman family have a long history in North Texas dating back to the mid-1800’s when John Lenox Newman and his family migrated from Tennessee and first purchased land in the area and beyond. Today, six generations later, the Newman family continue to be firm local anchors through real estate and development and are known for their dedication to the Frisco community.

Sitting just west of the Eldorado and Dallas North Tollway intersection, there a host of dining, shopping and fitness options right on the doorstep of Newman Village. Just a few minutes’ drive south on the Dallas North Tollway delivers you to The Star in Frisco, Stonebriar Centre and a plethora of dining and upscale shopping options along the North Platinum Corridor. Sports enthusiasts can easily access their favorite venues like Toyota Stadium, Dr Pepper Ballpark, and the World Headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys.

The homes in Newman Village were constructed beginning in 2008 and new homes and lots are still available to purchase. Darling Homes, Booth Brothers, Ron Davis and Northstar Luxury Homes are the builders currently on site. Residences range in size from 2800 to 7575 sq. feet of living space, offering from 3-6 bedrooms and 2-6 bathrooms.
Most of the properties have European and Mediterranean architectural influences in traditional style single family homes with large lots. The homes in Newman Village are centered around an Italian inspired plaza reminiscent of Old World Italy with fountains, a community pool, and a multi-use center.
