The community of Grayhawk is conveniently located in northwest Frisco just off Eldorado Parkway. It’s one of Frisco’s 5 Star Neighborhoods stretching north and south of Panther Creek Parkway, between Teel Parkway and FM423. As of Spring 2018, home values range from $300k to $490k.
Restaurants and Shopping
Sitting on the border of Little Elm there are many breakfast cafes and full-service restaurants to suit anyone’s taste or cuisine preferences. All the big shopping names like Walmart, Kroger, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, and ALDI are in the immediate area and Target, Costco, Market Street, and Home Depot are just a short drive east on Eldorado right at the Dallas North Tollway. With the recent expansion of FM 423 residents have smooth access to a host of options in the immediate Frisco area as well as on Highway 380 just north of the neighborhood. Or, travel south to The Colony and Plano in minutes.
Homes
Most of homes in the community are traditional or French style single family homes built between 2002 – 2017. They range in size from 1700 to almost 5000 square feet of living space, offering 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 5 bathrooms.
Amenities
A large water feature with fountains welcomes you on entry to the community which spreads across 100 acres with miles of walking trails. There are play areas, open spaces, gazebos and three community swimming pools, one with a splash pad.
