Kisandra Parsons
Krisandra is the Vice President and Chief Profiling Officer for Corp-DNA, a company that has developed an innovative, fast, focused, and highly predictive system for profiling high performance talent in individuals. Corp-DNA’s system takes the guess work out and allows companies to evaluate their processes, teams and leadership based on company culture and positive forensics. The end result leads to discovering talent best suited for the team and a clear path to more positive and upward development for your company overall. She is an expert forensic profiler and has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas for 20 years.
Krisandra has worked as a management consultant with companies such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Lexus, and Poo~Pourri where she advised clients on corporate strategy, branding, culture, leadership management, profiling talent, and success metrics.
Krisandra is also an entrepreneur. Prior to her current role with Corp-DNA, she worked at a Dallas startup software company that sold to SolarWinds for $42 million. Her roles included, Sales and Director of Alliances where she negotiated deals with companies such as IBM, LSI Logic, Sun Microsystems, XIOtech, NetApp, GlassHouse and Oracle. During this time she also co-founded another company called Permission Skincare for men, which is still sold in high end retail locations such as Stanley Korshak, The Gents Place, and boutiques throughout the US.
At the beginning of her career, Krisandra worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor having started her own counseling center and began consulting for mental healthcare companies. Her specialties included working with companies that were struggling in performance and restructuring for higher revenue, building strategic alliances, and driving higher performance.
Krisandra holds both a bachelors and masters degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M Commerce.
