Eat & Drink
Coffee & Breakfast: Lean to the Left
Mochas & Javas: One of our favorites, Mochas & Javas has locally roasted coffee and built-in bakery. Don’t miss their 50% off Kolache’s on Friday. Located at El Dorado and Legacy, it’s just north of Toyota Stadium and worth a visit.
5th Street Patio Cafe: Just down Main Street (south side of Toyota Stadium) and a quick right on 5th Street you can’t miss the yellow house on the right. 5th Street has a great breakfast that’s quick and casual with counter service and a cozy patio.
Depot Cafe: It doesn’t get more Frisco than this and you can’t beat the breakfast. There’s likely to be a wait but it’s worth it! Fill your belly for a long day with good food and a little local history. Located off Main Street east of the stadium, the entrance faces east and is connected to the Exxon station.
Jakes Uptown: Known for their burgers, and we’ll come back to that, they also server a good cup of coffee and excellent basic breakfast. Bonus: It’s staggering distance from the stadium. Downside, likely to be packed all weekend.
Groceries & Supplies:
Market Street: Somewhere between the average grocery store and While Foods lies Market Street. They have an amazing prepared food area that’s has everything from sandwiches and pizza to sushi, homemade soups, salads, and more. They also have a great selection of Beer & Wine in addition to the other groceries you might need or want. Market Street also provides a more upscale environment and someone will bag and walk your groceries out to your car, no tip needed.Bonus: Extensive bakery for all of those tasty breakfast treats, Peet’s Coffee bar and a smoothie bar near the north entrance.Kroger: Straight west on Main Street from Toyota Stadium about 1 – 2 miles on the left.
Beer & Wine Liquor
In Frisco you can only buy beer and wine in grocery stores. If you need something a little stronger our location of choice is theGoody Goody: on the Frisco/Little Elm border. This place is huge and has everything you need in the adult beverage department and thensome. Head West on Main St. from Toyota Stadium about 3 miles, then right (North) on 423 (also called Main Street). Goody Goody will be on your right about another mile(ish) up, you can’t miss it.Super Target: For all of your general supply needs, as well as a respectible grocery store head to Super Target on Eldorado just off the tollroad. About 1 – 2 miles north on the Tollroad (tip: don’t get on the tollroad, you’re only going up one exit). Take a left on Eldorado and Super Target will be on your left. You can’t miss it!
