Frisco foodies, buckle up—your taste buds are about to take a seaside detour. Earlier this month the East Coast-inspired Hudson House officially dropped anchor at 3475 Preston Rd, bringing oysters on ice, cheeseburgers stacked to perfection, and martinis so cold they might require gloves.
Hudson House is no stranger to Texas. Born in Highland Park in 2017, this popular concept from Vandelay Hospitality Group has charmed Dallas-area diners with its breezy New England vibe and unapologetically indulgent eats. And now, with its ninth location—and seventh in the DFW metroplex—Frisco finally gets a slice of the action.

“Frisco has been on our radar for a long time—it’s a dynamic, fast-growing community that values quality and experience, which aligns perfectly with what we aim to deliver at Hudson House,” said Hunter Pond, Founder and CEO of Vandelay Hospitality Group. “We’re thrilled to bring our signature East Coast-inspired atmosphere, raw bar, and the ‘World’s Coldest Martini’ to this part of North Texas and look forward to becoming part of the neighborhood.”
If you’re already planning your order (and you should be), here’s what you’re in for:
🍸 The “World’s Coldest Martini” reigns supreme at the bar—whether you choose The Classic or go bold with Bleu & Gold (vodka + housemade bleu cheese olives), you’ll feel fancy. And yes, it’s ice-cold enough to make your wristwatch shiver.
🧀 The Cheeseburger, one of Hudson House’s all-stars, is a no-frills masterpiece of thin patties, American cheese, pickles, and their secret Hudson sauce. Pro tip: hit happy hour for a $10 burger and enjoy a steal that tastes like a splurge.

🦐 Their seafood tower, appropriately named The Bouquet, is a shimmering spread of East Coast oysters, snow crab claws, shrimp cocktail, and tuna tartare. It’s giving Hamptons, and we’re here for it.
🥑 Craving a smaller bite? Hudson’s Avocado Dip with ranch chips is the stuff of green dreams, and the American Tuna Tower layers mashed avocado with fresh ahi and crisp veggies in a wasabi vinaigrette drizzle that deserves its own fan club.

Whether you’re settling into a buttery leather booth or sipping Strawberry Spritz on the outdoor patio, the whole experience feels like stepping into your favorite Upper East Side happy hour, without booking a flight.
Hudson House Frisco opens just in time to shake up your summer dining game, offering weekday happy hours from 3 to 6 p.m. with half-price martinis and bellinis, $3 oysters, and all the coastal swagger your palate can handle.

On the weekend, try the West Village Brunch, featuring Eggs Benedict, Hamptons French Toast, and other delectible bites.
Reservations are now live at www.hudsonhousehp.com. They’re open Sunday to Wednesday – 11 am – 9 pm and Thursday to Saturday 10 am – 10 pm. Happy hour is from 3 pm – 6 pm on weekdays.
