“Off With The Helmets – Cowboys” Radio Show – Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar, located at The Star in Frisco, will play host to live “Off with the Helmets Cowboys” radio show this football season. Emcee Brady Tinker and current Cowboys players will be on site at Tupelo Honey each show to discuss the current football season live on ESPN 103.3 FM. Featured players will include La’El Collins, Brice Butler and Jaylon Smith, as well as surprise guests featured throughout the season.

Red River Celebrity Softball Game – The Red River Celebrity Softball Game will kickoff and highlight the start to the Red River Rivalry Weekend! The University of Oklahoma Celebrity Alumni will be taking on the University of Texas Celebrity Alumni in the RoughRiders Dr. Pepper Ballpark. Both teams will equally be made up of Combat Veterans playing on both teams with the celebrities. All monies raised will be donated to the Lone Survivor Foundation.  Notable celebrity players include Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney (UT), Matthew McConaughey (UT/Actor), Vince Young (UT/NFL), Toby Keith (OU/Country Music Star), Roy Williams (OU, NFL) and many more!

“Crimes of the Heart” by Theatre Frisco – “Crimes of the Heart” is a Broadway play, the winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award and then a movie starring Diane Keaton, Jessica Lange and Cissy Spacek. 8pm showing in Black Box Theater, Discovery Center.
