“Off With The Helmets – Cowboys” Radio Show – Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar, located at The Star in Frisco, will play host to live “Off with the Helmets Cowboys” radio show this football season. Emcee Brady Tinker and current Cowboys players will be on site at Tupelo Honey each show to discuss the current football season live on ESPN 103.3 FM. Featured players will include La’El Collins, Brice Butler and Jaylon Smith, as well as surprise guests featured throughout the season.

Frisco Rotary Farmers’ Market – LAST WEEKEND! Pay a visit to the Frisco Farmers Market, located on 4th Street in Historic Downtown Frisco, just between Main and Elm Streets. Every Saturday through October 21st, from 8am to 1pm or “sell out.”

8th Annual Run for Retrievers – At 7pm, join us for the 8th Annual Run for Retrievers 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run benefiting the DFW Labrador Retriever Rescue Club! The morning will be filled with lots of family friendly activities including: Halloween Costume Contest for the dogs; Photo Booth*; Doggie Kissing Booth*; Spin the Wheel & Win a Prize*. Well-behaved, leashed, and vaccinated dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome! *Donations are accepted.

A Night of Improv –  Frisco Improv Players is an improvisational comedy troupe that specializes in game-based comedic performances, similar to those seen on the syndicated television show “Whose Line is it Anyway?” Their fast-paced, interactive improv is popular with all age groups and family-friendly! Middle School Madness – The Frisco YMCA introduces a new and exciting youth program called Middle School Madness, in which sixth through eighth graders will enjoy monthly Saturday night celebrations complete with a DJ, theater room, concessions, and access to “The Garage” – the Frisco Y’s newest training facility. Supervised by Certified CPR staff and volunteers, the program brings teens together to have fun, form new friendships, and take on fitness challenges in a safe and secure environment. Parents can take advantage of a night off as their kids are entertained and engaged.
Middle School Madness will be open from 8pm to 10:30pm.

Parking Lot Yard Sale – Clean our your closets and rent a parking space at the Senior Center, Frisco Square, or come and shop for treasures from 7am to 11am. Half the proceeds will go to the Susan G. Texas Legends to Host Annual LIVE DRAFT Party at StrikzStarting at 11:30am, The Texas Legends announced today that the team will host the annual live draft party at Strikz Entertainment in Frisco for the third consecutive year. Players selected in the Draft will join returning Legends, Mavericks affiliate players, players whose Draft rights are held by the Mavericks, and local tryout standouts to form the training camp roster. Legends fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at the “War Room” as Legends’ Owner Donnie Nelson, Head Coach Bob MacKinnon, and the basketball operations staff piece together the 2017-18 roster. Autographs and photo opportunities with Legends front office and dancers.

BOB SEGER & THE SILVER BULLET BAND Announce 2017 Runaway Train Tour – Tonight, Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band will launch their 2017 North American Tour on August 24 and includes a tour date at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX on Saturday, October 21. Bob Seger fan club members will have special access to purchase tickets in advance on the Tuesday before each scheduled on-sale.
