Monday, May 28 – Memorial Day


City of Frisco Memorial Day Observance: 9:00am-10:00am. Join the City of Frisco, the Frisco Garden Club and Frisco VFW Post 8273 for a Memorial Day Observance at Frisco Commons. The event features a traditional flag and wreath-laying ceremony, patriotic music, and participation from local scouts.


Military Appreciation Day at Mochas and Javas: Free drip coffee plus employee pricing on all other items for our community’s active military and veterans. No ID required.

Military Appreciation Day at UP Inspired Kitchen:  $1 Mimosas and FREE ENTREES for all those who have served our nation. No ID required.


Memorial Day Cornhole Tournament and Party: 12:00pm-10:00pm at the Frisco Rail Yard. 2 person teams; $20 entry fee; Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place; double elimination. The tournament will start at 12:00 with food trucks and happy hour all day!

SuperCars and SuperWishes: 6:00pm-8:00pm at Stonebriar Country Club benefitting Make-a-Wish North Texas. Vino + Vinyasa at Bittersweet Ivy: 6:30pm-8:30pm. A social and interactive, yoga and wine experience, hosted by Georgette of @readysetflow and Gina of @dancingbackwardsinheels. Warm-up from 6:30-7pm over ‘Clean-Crafted Wine’ before flowing into a 45-minute Vinyasa class. Post-class, enjoy wine and shopping at Bittersweet Ivy, with exclusive discounts on many items.

As part of Strikeout Cancer Weekend, National Breast Cancer Foundation President and CEO Kevin Hail will throw out the first pitch and for each ticket purchased, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to those facing breast cancer.
