This Week in Frisco – Week of Monday August 14, 2017

We’re about to “zip up” summer since school starts next Monday, so make sure you get out and enjoy the RoughRiders, “Victory Green Skate Day,” Major League Lacrosse, and a lot of live music… all This Week in Frisco!

Monday, August 14

Arts

Arts Pulse: Part 2, Inspired by Ideas – Due to the large turnout and time constraints at our Arts Pulse on July 6th, we want to continue the conversation at Arts Pulse: Part 2, Inspired by Ideas! From 6pm-8pm at the 4th floor Conference Room of City Hall for the forum. We’ll start in small groups based on discipline (music, art, dance, theater, and general) to share and explore ideas for the arts in Frisco. The small groups will pick their top 3 ideas to share with the large group, as well as 1-2 concrete steps to turn the ideas into action. This event is open to all, including students. FREE and open to all; no membership required. Please RSVP to Naima@friscoarts.org to secure your spot!
