The Fairways is a relatively small neighborhood in comprised of 593 homes on 148.27 acres. In contrast to some of the larger neighborhoods in the area, the Fairways doesn’t sprawl endlessly. The smaller size of the neighborhood forms a nice tight knit community of people who value their neighbors and their homes.
The Fairways neighborhood is also locally known to have one of the biggest and best “National Night Outs” in the area, featuring a hot air balloon, a Care Flight Helicopter landing, Free Sno Cones, Bounce houses, the Fire Department, Music, etc. The whole neighborhood comes out for the event and it is a wonderland for kiddos.

Location
The Fairways neighborhood in Frisco, TX is located on the west side of Frisco just minutes from the Dallas North Tollway in Denton County. The two entrances to the neighborhood are off of Teel just north of Main Street and south of Eldorado.
Schools
The Fairways are part of the highly respected Frisco ISD public schools. Children in elementary school attend the brand new Purefoy Elementary School located directly outside of the neighborhood on the corner of Eldorado and Teel. Middle school children attend Griffin Middle School on Eldorado and high schoolers attend Wakeland High School on Legacy. There are also several montessori schools, daycare’s, and private schools located in the area.
