Italian Dining in Frisco Questo è delizioso!
Looking to add a little Italian to your everyday? Che naturalmente sono, of course you are! Instead of Google translating (guilty!), explore Frisco’s Italian cuisine to make you feel like you’re in the very heart of Little Italy. Whether you’re looking for a friendly, at-home feel, more upscale authenticity or you’re yearning to mix it up, Frisco will leave you satiated and satisfied. Below are a few of our local favorites. Molto Bueno!
Giovonnis
Psst, don’t tell anyone… but the secret of Giovonnis is out. This place is a local favorite and like the slogan says, truly is a “little hidden treasure.” Upon entering, you are greeted by friendly staff and a spacious room with the classic red-checkered tablecloths – instantly you feel at home. Short of taking off your shoes and changing into house slippers, Giovonnis makes an effort to make you feel just as comfortable as you would sitting at your own kitchen table (except someone else is doing the dishes!).
Among the classic mouth-watering dishes are Eggplant Parmesan, Lasagna and typically whatever the Chef’s Special for the night happens to be! As some added incentive, it’s also BYOB.

Pizzeria Testa
At Pizzeria Testa the pizza selection is all unique and drool-worthy. It’s authentic Italian pizza that tastes like it ismade fresh in a little pizzeria on the streets of Italy. The rest of the menu is equally as yummy and their desserts will leave you rolling out the door.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with big wooden tables, soft lighting and original brick walls. Weather permitting, the patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while the kids play in the grassy area of the Frisco Square.

Trufire Kitchen & Bar
The atmosphere is fun and lively, which is complemented and encouraged by a friendly staff. Since their cocktail menu is so diverse and delicious, it’s no wonder everyone is so convivial! Try some balsamic vinegar in your Black Splash cocktail for something new. Although a little $$$ of a visit than other Italian spots, the unique qualities of TruFire will make you feel like you bought an experience, not merely a meal.
