Strikz Entertainment Center – Family Owned Frisco Fun For Everyone

Looking for a place for family fun? Strikz Entertainment center has bowling, laser tag, arcade, billiard tables, made from scratch food, and a bar across 43,000 square feet. Strikz is a family-owned and operated entertainment center that has been a fixture of Frisco for 12 years.

Strikz wants to be clear… It’s an entertainment center, not a bowling alley. While the most popular activity at Strikz  is bowling, they have other activities and offer live music on Friday and Saturday nights. There’s also plenty of TVs to catch your favorite team play or watch music videos as you bowl.

The Rose Room is a private bowling area with 12 boutique lanes with HD TVs and three gigantic 24-foot High Definition screens where you can watch music videos or sporting events.

With 32 lanes total, you can bowl on either 20 classic lanes or the 12 boutique lanes in The Rose Room. All lanes feature computerized scoring, bowling balls with a variety of weight, and ramps for the children.

The bowling lanes have a long approach geared toward the traditional bowler.” said Tim Herter, Strikz Operations Manager.

Now let’s talk about the Laser Tag! Each game lasts 10 minutes, and while there’s no age or height requirement, it’s recommended for ages 5 and up. The laser tag arena has a scenario of “post-apocalyptic” downtown Dallas with backlight passages and fog-filled corridors while heart-pumping music plays.

The arena has a green and a red base an can accommodate up to 20 people playing at the same time. Laser tag works with each player wearing a vest and pull the trigger to shoot to score points.

Cool thing about laser tag at Strikz is that you don’t have to go back to the home base to re-energize. All you have to do is hold your vest for 3 to 4 seconds to re-energize.” said Tim.

Service industry night on Mondays keep Strikz open until 2am giving those in the service industry a way have a great time and take a break from the stress of their jobs.
