Cheer is no joke, especially when it comes to college cheerleading and competitive cheer. In this episode of Hustle & Pro, Coach Craig Callaway of the Tumble & Stunt Institute gives us a lesson in all things cheer. From a gymnast to a yellman, to world-traveled coach and Frisco entrepreneur, he gives us a peek into the world of cheer.
Recreation, aka school or sideline cheer, is one thing and getting into competitive cheer as a sport is another. I personally love them both for their own reasons. We need school spirit and leaders on campus, but I also love a good cheer competition with all the bells and whistles (and I do mean bells and whistles if you haven’t heard cheer music lately). Enjoy the conversation with Coach Craig on tumbling gyms, cheer, acrobatics…and even Baby Bop.
