In this episode of Hustle & Pro, we bring you to the world of tennis in Frisco.
I’ve driven past Lakes Tennis Academy countless times, yet little did I know that there are world-class athletes training there every day. And, another thing I didn’t know? That learning the story of Lakes Tennis owner, Nick Johnson, would be inspirational.
While playing college tennis in 1994, a diagnosis changed the course of Nick’s path. He loved the sport so much that even though he was forced out of the game as a player, he wouldn’t be out of the sport completely.
You may have heard the exciting news that Lakes Tennis Academy’s own Savannah Broadus won Wimbledon’s Girls’ Doubles in July. She came to Lakes Tennis Academy just a few years ago and earned her way into the ranks to play in the top tournaments in tennis. Nick shares with us Savannah’s “Cinderella story”.
We hope you enjoy Hustle & Pro episode #25 with Nick Johnson.
