Neighborhood Services – Honest Food and Drink in Frisco

Neighborhood Services, a unique culinary concept by renowned chef Nick Badovinus, has arrived at the Omni Frisco Hotel featuring his signature self-described fare, “honest food and drink in the American tradition.” Thanks to a creative New American menu with seasonal choices and superb cocktails, Neighborhood Services won’t be a place for quiet conversation, but the always-busy settings have a cozy and clubby vibe

The NS menu will include egalitarian American food with an eclectic twist that has something for everyone. Sophisticated, no-frills meat and seafood dishes, fresh pastas, salads, and inventive daily specials alongside the best gourmet burger. In addition, OUR NS in the Omni Frisco Hotel will be the ONLY Neighborhood Services to offer breakfast and brunch.

Badovinus said,

I wanted to hire a Chef that has the ability to create ownership and authorship of food and unique dishes. I wanted someone who views this role as an opportunity to make a mark in Frisco and to ‘make breakfast personal.’ I know I’ve found that guy in Chef Richie (Blankenship).”

Chef Blankenship’s menu is creative but not crazy. The service is incredible and the staff is working hard to make it a special experience whether you are a regular NS Dallas client or a first timer to Frisco.

On Thursday morning, for our Media “Sneak Peek” brunch, we were served a few of their breakfast and brunch menu items. Starting off with a hand-crafted beet juice plus an avocado kale smoothie that were both packed with vitamins and absolutely delicious.

We then moved on to:

Neighborhood Services will feature menu favorites such as the Butcher’s Meatballs, Crispy Asparagus, Butcher’s Burger and more, as well as its nightly plates like the Meatloaf and Mash and Chicken and Dumplings.

The restaurant’s premiere brunch menu, debuting Friday, August 25, will put a Neighborhood Services twist on brunch favorites including Avocado Toast, House Granola and Yogurt, a Quinoa Bowl and the sweetest item of all – Churro French Toast. Hotel guests and the communities of Frisco and North Texas will find exceptional culinary experiences within the hotel.

In addition to being a full-sized restaurant, the NS space has a private dining room which can seat twelve, a long bar, overlooks The Plaza, and has patios on both the west (with fire features) and south sides of the restaurant offering full outdoor dining service and cocktails.
