Langham Hotels & Resorts Developing 35 Story Luxury Hotel in Frisco’s Wade Park

Good news keeps rolling in for Frisco and the projects that are a part of the “$5 Billion Mile.”

Last spring Hotel Zaza announced they would be opening a location in Frisco’s Wade Park. Now, another luxury hotel from Langham Hotels & Resorts will is in the mix.

The new hotel will be the first Langham hotel in Texas and will open in early 2018.

Known for setting the bar high, Langham hotels have been providing high-end service, luxury, and hospitality since their founding in 1865. The international brand is currently expanding in the U.S. and boasts top-notch hotels in some of the biggest cities in the world.

The 35 story hotel and residential tower in Frisco will be a highlight for Wade Park. The hotel will take 25 up floors with the remaining 10 reserved for residential units. We hope the residential homes will be on the top 10 floors to provide a true high-rise living experience in Frisco.

Wade Park is a mixed use development so the new hotel will be surrounded by upscale shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in a complex anchored by Whole Foods.

The hotel will consist of 25,000 square feet of convention space, 250 rooms, a roof top pool deck, full service bar and courtyard. The rooms will also include one- and two-bedroom suites, and two presidential suites occupying just over 2900 square feet each.

With the large number of businesses and events coming to Frisco, we need additional hotel rooms as well as the added convention and entertainment space.

The Phase 1 Grand Opening of Wade Park is coming Spring 2016.
