The hotel will be built by Thomas Land & Development, the company building the Wade Park project.
There are a lot of reasons for Frisco residents to look forward to having a Zaza location in our city. While there are several hotels in Frisco, current and planned, Hotel Zaza offers a unique resort/boutique style experience unlike anything else in Frisco.
The Zaza Frisco location will follow the contemporary stylings of other Zaza locations (Uptown Dallas and Houston) which create a unique, upbeat atmosphere for business and leisure guests, as well as for area residents who want a fun place to grab a drink or sit by the pool.
In Lifestyle Frisco polls, Frisco residents have consistently told us they want more adult-oriented entertainment options, and the Zaza addition to Wade Park will help to fulfill that need. If you’ve never been to the Zaza location in Uptown or Houston it’s reminiscent of the Hard Rock Hotel, without the casino. Zaza is contemporary, cool, and edgy, yet comfortable.
The hotel will be located on the main street of the Wade Park retail village, which will include numerous other amenities such as Whole Foods, an iPic movie theater, Pinstripes, and over 600,000 sq.ft. of retail and dining.
Wade Park will also include much-needed commercial office space, apartments, luxury condominiums, and single family homes.
The Wade Park ground breaking took place in August 2014 and construction is under way.
