Hiatus Spa + Retreat, the award-winning Texas day spa with locations in Dallas, Austin, Plano, San Antonio, and Houston, is excited to announce the opening of its eighth Texas location, in Frisco. The 5,283 square-foot day spa is slated to open its doors at The Star in late 2019.
The new Frisco location will be designed by Dallas-based designer Tracy Taylor of eleven 11 DESIGN and Mark and Maurie Gray of M-Gray Architecture and will feature original artwork by Texas artist Jan Heaton.
Spa guests will enjoy 15 treatment rooms, including a couple’s suite and hydrotherapy suite with Vichy shower, a nail therapy lounge with four zero-gravity chairs, an inviting relaxation area, and separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms. Hiatus Co-Founder Sheila Garrison says,
Since the groundbreaking of The Star and as fans of great retail locations and the Cowboys, we have been watching the development and hoping to be a part. We knew it was the perfect location for bringing Hiatus and our easy, accessible spa lifestyle to Frisco. The Texas-born day spa features fifty-plus signature treatments with a high-touch experience that is personalized from start to finish. All sixty-minute services include a purifying foot soak ritual or an aromatic steam wrap and the signature hand and foot massage, along with a sensory journey and customized aromatherapy.
Hiatus offers unique services, including The Yours, Truly Massage, which is customized to you and only you, The Perfectionist Facial, and The Kindred Spirits couples massage, along with their acclaimed Monthly Retreat—a hybrid massage, scrub, and Vichy shower treatment created each month with seasonal ingredients and finished with a handcrafted cocktail.
With a fresh subscription model called H-Circle that simplifies regular relaxation, Hiatus empowers guests to own their self-care and enjoy affordable, regular access to a spa lifestyle.
H-Circle members choose one signature “Essential Service” each month which can include the Signature Massage, Tailor-Made Facial, One & Only Mani-Pedi, Body Glow, Body Wrap, or Acupuncture. The membership is $69 per month and includes special discounted pricing for members on all treatments and 10% off all retail products.
