The Friends of the Frisco Public Library formed Frisco’s first public library more than 25 years ago. We continue to support the Library by building awareness of the need for expanding library services.
We encourage and accept gifts, endowments, and memorials for the benefit of the library. Our used book store on the library’s first floor raises funds for special goods or services that cannot be acquired through the Library’s budget.
The Friends have recently assisted in the purchase of the book publishing machine and the Ready to Read Railroad. Both services are unique to Frisco’s Library.
The Friends are currently sponsoring the Library’s Online High School Diploma program designed for adults over the age of 21 who need a high school diploma to pursue their career goals.
