
FRISCO, Texas, March. 24, 2015 – Advanced Fixtures, Inc and the Frisco community are coming together for a night of music, food, and fun, as they support Frisco Family Services’ mission of helping members of the Frisco and Frisco ISD communities who are facing hunger, homelessness, and other urgent needs improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency.
One of Collin County’s preeminent social events, more than 700 guests will experience a very inspirational evening of ONE … ONE Community, coming together for ONE Purpose, making ONE Big Impact. Gala 2015 – ONE is an all-inclusive event featuring the music of Emerald City Band, cuisine from area restaurants, entertainment, a luxury raffle, and bidding on hundreds of fabulous live and silent auction items.
Along with Advanced Fixtures, Inc. as the Title Sponsor, other sponsors include NORDSTROM, Rent-A-Center, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, Jack and Carol Wilson, Baylor Medical Center at Frisco, Mike and Cyndi Mullen, and Strasburger & Price LLP. On May 16th, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. to midnight, the Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco will be transformed into an amazing venue for an evening of caring generosity. As the largest fundraising event for Frisco Family Services (FFS), funds raised are used to support FFS’s programs and services. The annual gala is open to the public and reservations are $150 per person or $1,500 for a reserved table of 10. Reservations can be made online at www.friscofamilyservices.org/gala.

The mission of Frisco Family Services is to help members of our communities who are facing hunger, homelessness and other urgent needs improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency. FFS houses the only food pantry in Frisco and offers financial assistance for critical needs such as rent/mortgage, gasoline and utility payments. FFS sells and distributes clothing, furniture, and household items through Frisco Resale. Special programs include: Summer Lunch Program, Back-To-School Fun Fair, Thanksgiving Food Distribution and FFS Holiday Program. FFS also offers life skills classes, educational assistance and employment support to adult clients.
