Frisco is currently building the roads and infrastructure up there. Thats should be completed by second quarter 2015 (IIRC), once infrastructure is in then development can move forward. But without roads, water, and sewer, development won't start.

Yup. It's fairly obvious what they are doing. Keeping in mind that was just ag land a few months ago, they have to get roads and infrastructure squared away first.

They are building a bridge over the railroad tracks that will connect Preston to the tollway. You can see the concrete support columns being built and the dirt ramp leading up to them.

Rockhill is also being extended west of the tollway, and then another road from Rockhill north to 380.

Oh thank you for the update. Is the bridge to connect Rockhill to Preston, or Panther Creek to Preston?

The bridge is for Rockhill. The road will eventually go under the last overpass on the Tollway prior to 380.

The Panther Creek is further south. When they actually connect that to Preston, it will almost be a straight shot. This will also require a bridge over the railroad tracks.

Look on google or bing maps, you should be able to visualize it pretty easily.

That blows - so is the movie theater still coming or is it a goner?
Unclear, doesn't sound like Cinemark has responded to this guys email like UCR and Forest City did.

This is where I read about it > https://www.facebook.com/4753103259...5310325971218/484450431723874/?type=1&theater

Perhaps @rebel knows more details...(pretty lame you can't tag users in this forum). Come on FOL, upgrade your software to a newer version of vB or move over to xenforo (this is a much better product in my opinion).

Sorry,

No real information to share other than what you already have. If something changes I'll try to remember to pull this up, but as you might have noticed, I'm not around as much lately (blasted real job ;) )
