What's your favorite mixer or drink?

I'm more of a beer, bourbon and red wine drinker but have been enjoying some mixers lately.

Give this one a try - perfect poolside beverage.

Pineapple infused vodka - I make my own with Tito's. 1.75 over two whole pineapples. Let it sit for about a week or so.
Yellow tropical Red Bull - about 1/4 - 1/3 cup per serving.
Splash of favorite champagne.
Garnish with some of the infused pineapple cubes.

I used to make a pretty good spiked milkshake with vanilla ice cream, milk, butterscotch schnapps and then whipped cream and butterscotch syrup on top. But I mostly just collect liquor, I don't really drink it...

Here are some of my summer favorites:

Mojito
- half a lime
- mint leaves
- muddle the mint and limes together, discard the lime remains
- add 3/4 shot of simple syrup
- add 1 shot light Rum
- add ice and top with a splash of club soda

Easy to make and even easier to drink:
- Fill a glass with ice
- fill it 1/3 of the way up with Sweet Tea Vodka (Deep Eddy's brand even has a light one)
- fill the rest of the cup with lemonade

Paloma:
- Juice of 1 grapefruit
- Juice of half a lime
- 2 shots of tequila
- shake the above together and pour over ice
- add a splash of grapefruit soda (Jarritos is preferred, but you can use Fresca + a bit a agave to sweeten it)

All 3 of the above will be awesome by the pool. They also are good at hiding the alcohol and will sneak up on you, so be careful to not to stumble into the kiddie pool afterwards.

Peachy Palmer

Equal portions lemonade and tea, about 4 oz each. Add a shot of vodka. Add a shot of a French peach liquor.

Mix in a cocktail shaker. Serve over ice and garnish with a peach slice.

Vodka, Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 7-UP.
Proportions grow larger to smaller from beginning of list to end as hours floating in the pool increase.
