Christian Custom Homes President and Wife Indicted on State Fraud Charges

Never trust anything with the word Christian in it. It's simply trying too hard to create a trust relationship.

Keurig Dr Pepper to relocate Texas headquarters from Plano to Frisco

TDC I don't see it that way. The land was going to be used for something eventually and there are no new Jobs Jobs Jobs - just few fewer commute miles for the people that already had those jobs jobs jobs. These back pocket parcels of land could be better deployed on a more impactful project...

Keurig Dr Pepper to relocate Texas headquarters from Plano to Frisco

The incremental benefits are minimal since the address change will not drive incremental house sales. In general, the SR121/DNT intersection acts as its own economic unit. a localized relocation does little. While the city will recoup some cash for the land sale, it pales compared to using the...

We have a State budget SURPLUS due to Oil and Gas. May have developed a vaccine for HIV (in human testing now) and designing the next generation of nuclear deterrence. Our air, water and open spaces are as gorgeous as ever. And, my commute remains 20 minutes by bike. We good.

Back in the days of Frisco prohibition, the Thirty Turtle was place to get bad food and cold beer right in the heart of Frisco. The cops would wait for closing to pop patrons with DUIs since the turtle was only 1 of 2 libation points in Frisco after 8pm at the time. Celebrated many city...

    Bird scooters everywhere

The reality is that kids use them for transportation so Mommy dearest doesn't need idle in the parking lot for 45 muntes before picking them up. My kids were plenty mature to ride an escooter at 14. Heck my parents bought me a moped when I was 14 to get around in - go to work etc. If you...

    Bird scooters everywhere

There are accidents every day by pedestrians, bikes and cars. So what. You cannot outlaw stupidity, BUT a protectionist philosophy does not move the ball forward in transportation.

    Bird scooters everywhere

It's so important that we protect the sidewalks that NOBODY uses. I would say getting the last mile transportation solved for a transportation locked city has a far better public good than having hundreds of miles of concrete that seldom if ever get a foot on them.
