Dallas Cowboys Coming to Frisco

The ‘boys are coming to Frisco! That’s right. America’s football team, the Dallas Cowboys, is moving its HQ to Frisco. Not only do Frisconians get to have the Cowboys practice fields a stone’s toss away, they will also receive the added benefit of a huge, beautiful, and sparkling new sports complex to boot!

The new headquarters will be comprised of two practice fields for the Cowboys and a multi-use sports complex for a myriad of events. Surrounding the sporting facilities will be a restaurant, retail, and hotel district.  This 3-D rendering isn’t the absolute final design, but gives us a great visual as to what is to come!

Frisco City Council member Scott Johnson says, “At the end of the day, the Dallas Cowboys are the biggest franchise in the world… the greatest franchise in the history of sport.  I’m proud to bring the Cowboys here, and I welcome the Jones family to Frisco.”

We’re in for a treat in 2016.  That’s for sure. Now, about that impending draft… (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)  Go Cowboys!
