Be Mine, Valentine: Where to Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Frisco

The big day lands on a Thursday this year…perhaps not the most romantic day of the week. If your “adulting” responsibilities should preclude you from celebrating on that day, check out one or more of the many Valentine-themed special events in Frisco spanning across the month of February.

Special Events

Valentine’s Party at Jungle Joe’s: Sunday, February 10, 4:00 pm. Enjoy an evening of fun and dance at Jungle Joe’s “Get Your Dance On” Valentine’s Celebration. Joe is clearing out the tables and dimming the lights for a fun dance party experience. The space will be decked out in Valentine’s decorations. They’ll have a Valentine’s arts and crafts project, photo booth, face painting and more! Space is limited. Register in advance.

Valentine’s Couples Yoga: February 10, 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm at Dwell Yoga Studio. Grab your partner and join us for a fun evening of yoga and partner poses, followed by cheese, chocolate, and wine! Expect to laugh, move and connect with your partner in a fun, new way this Valentine’s.

Weekend of Love at Frisco Fresh Market: February 9-10, come experience some pre-Valentine’s Day fun at the Frisco Fresh Market. They’ll have a kissing booth set up all day for you to take cute and fun pictures and a Face Painter on site from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Pick up some great gifts for your loved one(s) from the vendors!

Valentine’s Red Carpet Concert: Celebrate February 14 VIP style with Frisco Arts! Enjoy an intimate concert featuring America’s #1 Romantic Pianist and the “Pianist to the Presidents,” David Osborne! It will be an unforgettable Night of Romance! Tickets include wine, signature cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and tasty desserts. The Art of Cupid CelebrationFebruary 14, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Frisco Fine Art. Chef Eustace Weaver will be in attendance for an amazing evening of delectable delights, amazing wines from our California boutique winery partners, live music, art, and all of the energy of Frisco Fine Art.

Beyond Studios Frisco: On February 13, celebrate Galentine’s Wine Wednesday at Beyond! Participate in the 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm classes and Gina Lynn of Dancing Backwards in Heels will be there to cheer you on and pour wine after class (like a true gal pal)! On February 22 at 6:30 pm it’s BYOB – Bring your own boy! Beyond will take you and your love #BEYOND with a 50-minute workout and then everyone is invited to Twisted Tortilla Dinner and Margs. Sign up under “Workshops” on their App to claim a spot with your man. Members: $30 per couple. Non-Members: $45 per couple.

Valentine-Themed Menus

Bonnie Ruth’s Neighborhood Bistro: February 14-16, Bonnie Ruth’s will serve a special Valentine’s Day Four Course dinner. Seating begins at 5 pm, $65 per person, live music by Ralph Dixon. Check out the special menu here and call 214-705-7775 to make a reservation.

Randy’s Steakhouse: February 14, Randy’s will be serving their regular dinner menu, which includes a $40 three-course price-fixed option. They’re also running a Surf and Turf special with an eight-ounce filet and eight-ounce lobster for $49.95. Or, simply come to enjoy drinks in their warm and inviting lounge.

Del Frisco’s: Celebrate with rare wines, shared plates, hand-cut steaks, and seafood, or enjoy one of two featured offerings only available February 14 – February 17. It all comes paired for a great experience. Seating is limited, so make sure to call ahead or visit online for reservations.

Silver Fox: February 14-16. Make it a Valentine’s Day to remember with Silver Fox’s three-course couples dinner, featuring Filet Mignon and Cold Water Lobster Tail with wine and Champagne specials. Add a chocolate ganache for a sweet ending! Make a reservation today.

3 Flights Up Taps & TacosFebruary 14, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Try the “Flight Night” package is a great option for a simple night out with your loved one. This includes two flights of beer (eight 4oz glasses) selected from the Staff’s ‘Best Valentine’s Day’ list, two tacos, and a dessert. No reservations required.

Dee Lincoln Prime: February 14 – February 15, 5 pm, 7 pm and 9 pm. Dee Lincoln Prime, the upscale steakhouse at The Star in Frisco will serve a special menu. For $85 per person, guests will enjoy four courses including items off of their new winter menu. A variety of desserts are on offer for the last course including a Valentine’s themed option, Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese icing and a heart-shaped macaroon. Barnes and Noble Kitchen: February 14, spend your Valentine’s Day with Barnes & Noble Kitchen as they host Master Sommelier Melissa Monosoff for a wine tasting and book signing. Food pairings will be available to accompany your wine. You’ll receive a signed copy of the book and special prices on bottles of wine with participation in the event. The Museum of the American Railroad: February 14, 7:00 pm. A most unique experience with your special someone. Enjoy an intimate Valentine’s Day dinner in the restored 1937 M-K-T dining car and sample first-class dining. Tickets are $235 per couple which includes dinner, wine, a keepsake menu, and red rose in a Valentine’s Day setting. No additional gratuity or expenses necessary.
