Please join us at a Community Open House and share your ideas for making Frisco the place you want to live, work, and play now and in the future. The City will present this open house on four dates, with one location in each quadrant of the city. Pick which date works best for you:
Wednesday, Sept 10: Maus Middle School, 12175 Coit Road
Thursday, Sept 11: Pioneer Heritage Middle School, 1649 High Shoals Drive
Monday, Sept 15: Griffin Middle School, 3703 Eldorado Parkway
Wednesday, Sept 17: Clark Middle School, 4600 Colby Drive
Join with your neighbors to imagine Frisco’s future! At the open house, you will:
• Learn about the comprehensive planning process and the goals of the Plan update.
• Share your ideas to help us develop a preferred growth scenario.
• Tell us about the implementation strategies and actions that you feel are the best fit for Frisco.
This open house is designed so you can come and go as you please. There will be “stations” with information about various aspects of Frisco’s future… guiding principles, growth scenarios, and Frisco as a place to live, work, learn, play, and travel. The activities at each station will give you choices about how to share your ideas for Frisco to influence the final, preferred growth scenario, and the implementation strategies and actions. You can visit any or all of these stations beginning at 6 p.m.
At 7 p.m., a brief presentation will explain the City’s objectives in updating the plan and the input needed on the growth scenarios. After the presentation, you will again be able to visit any of the stations to share your ideas and imagine the best possible future for Frisco.
