Following all the Christmas activities in Frisco Square, the team immediately begins ramping up for their signature spring event… Arts in the Square. Returning Saturday, April 1, through Sunday, April 2, this is the 8th year for the outdoor arts festival and will feature over 120 of some of the best local and regional artists selling their handmade creations.
However, NOW is the time for Artists to apply for a spot in the Square…
Registration Deadline: January 16th
- The application is only available through ZAPPlication.org
- Cash prizes for Best-in-Show ($500) and Juror’s Choice ($500) along with nine student prizes!
- Other amenities include hotel discounts, free parking, and artist’s hospitality
- 30,000 visitors attended last year’s festival (2016) enhancing each participating artist’s visibility in the community
Arts in the Square is an annual juried fine arts and crafts festival featuring the best local and regional artists selling their handmade creations in one of the country’s fastest growing cities.
This event is presented by Frisco Square in collaboration with Frisco Independent School District with proceeds going to the Frisco Education Foundation and Frisco Family Services.
Artists will compete in the following categories:
- Fine Arts/Graphics
- Wood, and Miscellaneous
