Location
Located on Eldorado Parkway, north of Teel, is the Griffin Parc neighborhood. The small, planned community is home to two exemplary schools and is the only community to boast two city parks within the neighborhood.
Griffin Parc is in Denton County, close to the Dallas North Tollway, Main Street, and Legacy, the neighborhood is planned around families with a community pool, hike and bike trails for recreation, and an elementary, middle, and high school that are all within walking distance. The houses range from the $150’s – $700’s and they’re all built with a traditional French cottage-style feel.

Schools
In the neighborhood, Pink Elementary and Griffin Middle School, both rated as Exemplary schools by the Texas Education Agency, are located in the center and the houses form a horseshoe shape around them. Within walking distance from Griffin Parc is Wakeland High School, so families with children of all ages will have their bases covered.
Pink and Griffin Middle both boast high participation in the PTAs and school activities because the schools are inside the neighborhood. Extra curricular activities at Wakeland also have their participation boosted because parents and children live close by.
Shopping and Restaurants
Griffin Parc is located very close to the Dallas North Tollway, Frisco Square, and Pizza Hut Park.
To the east of Griffin Parc you’ll find two different shopping centers bisected by the Dallas North Tollway. The half closest to Griffin Parc contains Market Street, Target, Best Buy, Raising Cane’s Chicken, two different fro-yo places, Chick-Fil-A, Which Wich, and a Chili’s.
The other shopping center east of the Tollway contains Costco, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, Home Depot, and a McDonald’s.
North and west of the neighborhood, on Eldorado, is a Wal-Mart, Starbucks and the town of Little Elm.
Griffin Parc is also close to The Trails Golf Course, Main Event, the YMCA, and the Frisco Library.
Quirks
The neighborhood does have one slight quirk as the two Eldorado entrances are both in a school zone which may hinder some drivers on their commute to work.
Griffin Parc is the perfect location for growing families looking for a tight-knit community with exemplary schools, or for any Frisco resident looking to be close to every part of Frisco.
