FRISCO, TX (November 3, 2014) – Frisco Arts is promoting the fifth annual Polar Express Pajama Party, their annual arts fundraiser. The event will be held at the Frisco Discovery Center, 8004 N. Dallas Parkway, on Saturday, December 13, at four o’ clock in the afternoon.
The highlights include a delicious dinner, Blue Bell ice-cream, strolling magic with Mr Goodfriend, train tours with the Museum of the American Railroad, twisted balloon creations, a large exhibition of model trains by Spring Creek Railroad Club, visiting with Santa, photo boothsby Silver Star Pictures, stage shows, cookie decorating, and a screening of the film, The Polar Express.
Brad Sharp, a new Frisco Arts Board Member, produced and edited a new minute-long promotional video. The video features Paige Prater, Frisco Arts Director of Marketing and Exhibits, dressed as an elf in front of one of the Museum of the American Railroad’s trains, brought up from Fair Park in Dallas last year.
“This year the Polar Express Pajama Party is more streamlined and focused. I’m excited to be involved for the fifth year in a row!” Paige said.
Frisco Arts is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 community-based organization that seeks to promote the arts and culture in the city of Frisco, Texas. It is the official art agency of the City of Frisco and manages the Frisco Discovery Center, located off Dallas North Tollway, one block south of Main Street in Frisco.
