Pi Day is one of the geekiest holidays out there. And that’s exactly why we love it so much.
You’ve probably already figure this out Pi Day is every March, 14 as in 3/14 referencing the mathematical Pi 3.14, which is the ratio of a circles circumference to it’s diameter.
But since this is all in good fun we also like to think of it as Pie Day!
So if you need an excuse, or just want to geek out with us, here are 3.14 good ways to celebrate Pi Day in Frisco, Tx.
- Blaze Pizza: Math nerds and pizza lovers unite! Blaze Pizza is celebrating Pi Day on March 14 by offering artisanal pizzas for $3.14 at all Blaze Pizza locations. Blaze Pizza is a modern day “pizza joint” serving up high-quality pizzas that are both fast and affordable. Come out and help celebrate Blaze’s fourth annual Pi Day in Frisco!
- Normas Cafe: A portion of every slice of pie sold at Norma’s Cafe, will be donated back to the North Texas Red Cross.
- eight | 11 Place: We learned recently that they have started service pie with that amazing selection of wine. Wine + Pie = Happy!
.14 … Visit the Sci-Tech Discovery Center and do a little mind-stretching fun. Why is this only .14 things to do? Because we had to make Pi work in this post, and it makes a natural science tie in.. er… Pi in 🙂
