2014 Dallas Art Bee Contest

Got a budding artist age 12 or under? The 2014 Dallas Art Bee Contest is coming up on Sunday October 19th.

The Dallas Art Bee Content will be held at the Frisco Discovery Center.

Check-in / Registration: 1 – 2pm

Art Contest begins at 2:30pm

Selection by Eminent Jury Panel: 4:30 to 6:00pm

Award Ceremony: 6:30 – 7:30pm

There are two age groups to compete in.

Group 1: Ages 8 and Under

Group 2: ages 9 – 12

Medium Allowed: 

Oil pastels ONLY. Water colors, acrylic and oil paints will NOT be permitted.

What should contestants bring?

Contestants should bring their own oil pastels, pencils, and erasers. No need to bring canvas.

Contest Theme

Themes will be provided through email and on the contest website one week in advance of the contest

Registration Fee: 

$30 (through online payment gateway). Cash only for walk-ins.

Prizes: 

Over $500 worth of trophies and prizes in the form of a Samsung 7″ tablet and Amazon gift cards to be won!
