Frisco has been one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. since 2000, and we’ve stayed there for a number of good reasons… Home prices are reasonable and our school district is in the Top 10 in the state of Texas.
If you’re seeking higher education, we also have easy access to Collin County Community College, the University of North Texas, and UT Dallas. Plus, with a ton of small, mid-sized, and large businesses based in Frisco, or the immediate area, we’ve created a number of jobs in diverse industries.
So, Frisco is without a doubt THE place to live in North Texas, and here at Lifestyle Frisco, we decided we wanted a professional real estate “concierge” to take over topics relating to your home options, relocating process, contract negotiations, and home staging.
Let’s meet Jennifer Ayyad
Jennifer has been a Realtor in the DFW area for over 10 years. Now with Robert Elliott Custom Homes, Jennifer works hard to connect buyers with their dream homes and also started painting again about 3 years ago as a creative outlet and hobby.
After posting her artworks on social media outlets, with NO expectation of selling anything, Jennifer enlarged the form factor of her works to the point where now she designs, creates, and installs plexiglass panel doors painted with acrylic paints. Her first door was created and completed in 2014 for a resident at the W in Dallas’ Victory Park district.
Jennifer has always been attracted to design, architecture, and helping people. Helping someone find and acquire a home, Jennifer enjoys the process of being both an advocate and an expert to clients looking for their dream home.
A typical work day for Jennifer starts in the early mornings drinking coffee, reading her devotional or daily inspirational reads, and then meditating because its important to her to start the day off with setting an intention or looking for the positive things ahead.
I would love to think every day is the same, but it never is! I do try and block off 2-3 hours a day to keep up with my artwork whether it is painting, picking out palettes, looking for inspiration, sketching ideas, adding to my vision board, marketing, or meeting potential clients. I spend even more time daily on my real estate business, and I’m so grateful that I can spend my days doing two things I’m passionate about and take pride in doing.”
So, what’s on the horizon for Jennifer in 2017? Her artwork is currently featured at Archer London in the design district and she is collaborating with a few interior designers for new-home projects. Her art actually assists the development of her real estate business because she builds additional relationships with homebuilders and architects.
An outside-the-box thinker, Jennifer hopes to do more art shows and open house pop ups in homes she’s representing for sale. Plus, with so many artist friends, she’s hoping to share these opportunities to show in front of audiences who are both home- and art-centric. who art very talented and I would love to share with them these kinds of opportunities to showcase their works.
We asked Jennifer what she is most excited about in joining the Lifestyle Frisco team…
I have such a high regard, admiration, and respect for the founders of Lifestyle Frisco. I’m honored to be a part of their success and vision. One of the most exciting aspects of the business is knowing what the journey will be like, but also having the room for creativity to combine my expertise in the arts and real estate.”
I truly want to help others whether that’s bringing them together in room to view art, network to expand their business, or help them find their dream home. As a Realtor, I have always viewed myself as a consultant not a salesman. I have an empathetic and entrepreneurial mindset, and I hope that by working with Lifestyle Frisco, we can bring more art, culture, and beauty into the area.”
